This range of precision blocks was designed using computer modelling and optimised using advanced stress analysis methods.

This provides the optimum number of ball bearings for minimum friction while the sheave and bearing system is supported by a fibre-reinforced composite load frame, replacing the more traditional cheeks & head, together with a through-sheave becket arrangement saving weight.

The single block  has a two way head which allows for alignment at 0° or 90° orientation and can also accept shackles for a variety of efficient attachment alternatives.

The proven Ronstan 2-stage bearing system features high compression grade Acetal ball bearings and a secondary full-contact bearing. This gives minimum friction across the full working load range.
