Sandiline hikers are made in Sandiline’s own factory in Europe of good quality neoprene & the quality of construction is consistent. They were initially developed for Finn sailors. As a result they are rugged (but not indestructible) & the cut leans more towards “athletic” than “model”! Most sailors find a “snug” fit to be best when the good quality neoprene holds the pads (none removable) in place & they do not move or twist which was found to be a problem with a number of other brands.
